I've been a nurse since 2012, with a background in open-heart and cardiac ICU care in New York City. This is the kind of nursing where every detail matters and there's no room for shortcuts. That attention to detail has stayed with me and shaped how I care for every patient since.
Travel nursing carried me across the country, and about five years ago San Diego made me stay. It's where I began a new chapter in aesthetics: same steady hands, same care-first heart, just a different way of helping people feel their best.
Now I get to blend medicine with a little artistry, sharing what I learn along the way about self-care and overall wellness.

01Neuromodulators
Botulinum toxin temporarily relaxes targeted muscles to soften and smooth expression lines. It doesn't add volume or stop aging. Results typically develop over a few days and last about 3–4 months.

02Skin Care Basics
AM: a gentle cleanser, an antioxidant serum, a moisturizer, and SPF 30 to finish.
PM: the same cleanser and moisturizer, swapping the antioxidant serum for a vitamin A (retinol) serum.

03Preventative Wellness
Sleep, movement, hydration, and cutting back on alcohol all show up in how your skin ages. Prevention isn't about doing more, it's about protecting what you already have.

04Regenerative Therapies
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) uses components of your own blood, while biostimulators such as Sculptra encourage collagen production over time. Results develop gradually and vary by treatment and person.

How long do results last?
Botox commonly lasts about 3–4 months. Hyaluronic acid fillers vary by product, area, and person. A consultation is the best way to get a clear answer, with a treatment plan built specifically around you.
Does it hurt?
It's usually a quick pinch or mild pressure, though comfort varies. I use topical numbing and a gentle touch to keep you at ease.
What is the downtime?
With Botox, there's typically little to no downtime. You can usually go right back to your day, following your aftercare instructions. Filler is a little different: bruising and swelling are more common and can last a few days or longer, so it's worth planning around any big events.
How soon will I see results with regenerative treatments?
Regenerative treatments work gradually, so don't expect overnight results. Improvements may develop over weeks to months, depending on the treatment and your individual response.
Are biostimulators different from filler or Botox?
Yes, hyaluronic acid filler adds volume, while Botox relaxes targeted muscles to soften expression lines. Biostimulators encourage collagen production over time. PRP works by concentrating your own blood's growth factors to biologically reactivate your skin's natural repair and regeneration process. They work differently and on different timelines.
Who's a good candidate for regenerative treatments?
Most healthy adults are a great candidate, especially if you're after that slow, natural-looking build rather than an overnight change. A consultation is the best way to know if it's right for your specific goals.
